The frame and lid, made of steel, undergo multiple chrome plating processes to achieve a durable, shiny surface that will withstand years of intensive use.

The only difference in the production process since the fifties is our commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing, particularly during the chrome plating stage. This commitment is of utmost importance.

The black Chambord polypropylene handle features a matte finish, providing a comfortable grip while serving and enhancing the classic elegance of the design.

The French press system has always been the simplest and most effective way to brew an excellent cup of coffee. Using fresh, coarsely ground beans with water between 92 and 96 degrees Celsius brings out the very best in all types of coffee.

It's worth noting that certain factors can impact the quality of the brew. Too coarse a grind, too little coffee, or insufficient tamping of the grounds before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. Additionally, the amount of espresso extracted may vary depending on the grind size and amount, and reprogramming may be necessary when adjustments are made.

Before first use, it's essential to wash the Chambord in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly.
